It is imperative for customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure that they, or a designated recipient, are available to receive the package. In instances where a customer orders a product knowing they will not be home to receive it, the responsibility for arranging a secure delivery environment rests solely with the customer.


Our obligation to the customer is deemed fulfilled once the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered to the provided address, as confirmed by GPS data. If the delivery service records the order as delivered but the customer disputes receipt of the goods, claiming that the signature obtained is not their own, the responsibility shifts to the customer. In such cases, it is possible for individuals to dispute the signature; however, this does not invalidate the delivery confirmation provided by the delivery service.


In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, our liability ends at the point of confirmed delivery. Customers are advised to report the incident to the police and obtain a crime reference number. Subsequently, the customer may initiate a claim with Royal Mail or the respective delivery service. While we empathize with customers who experience loss or theft of their delivered items, the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer, especially if the product was ordered to an address where they knew they would not be available to personally receive it.

Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. If your parcel is shown as signed for, our liability for lost and stolen parcels ends there, if you have a dispute regarding receiving your delivery after it is shown as signed for you must personally take it up with Royal Mail.
